Mary Davé has been a preschool teacher for the past 20 years.
She holds a Writing for Children & Teenagers diploma from The
Institute of Children's Literature.
Her first book, Underwater Rainbow, is a wonderful addition to
the Sally family of books. Underwater Rainbow is a preschool
teachers dream come true. With colorful aquarium fish as the subject
and a large font script, children wont be putting this one down.
Illustrations by Jon Raux. Underwater Rainbow has now been
translated by Carol Mares into Spanish, titled El Arco Iris
Submarino.
Mary has also written Mother Moon and Her Rainbow of
Stars. In this Christian based story, Mother Moon explains the
importance of each star's unique characteristics and values to help
guide beginner readers into making good choices. All "MMHRS"
illustrations by Jennifer Salmassian.
We are hoping El Arco Iris Submarino & Mother Moon and
Her Rainbow of Stars will be available 2012.
